A strict dress code ensures correct attire at all times
- We have an official school and PE uniform, which all our children must wear. We feel that wearing a uniform helps a child to identify with the school and also ensures that appropriate clothing for the varied activities is worn at all times.
- Our Health and Safety Policy does not permit jewellery to be worn at any time during school hours with the exception of stud or sleeper earrings which must be taped up or removed for PE.
- We do not accept any responsibility for money, computers, mobile phones or such other valuables that go missing at school and we encourage parents not to allow their children to bring such articles in to school.
VALUABLES/JEWELLERY
- Children should not wear jewellery or bring valuables to school.
- If earrings in particular are worn, they must be removed for all physical education lessons.
- Any earrings worn in school should be studs or sleepers and most certainly not be dangly styles which are considered unsafe.
- Children who have just had ears pierced must bring tape to cover their ears if they cannot yet remove the earrings.
- After six weeks, these earrings too must be removed during PE lessons.
THE SCHOOL CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MONEY OR OTHER ARTICLES THAT GO MISSING IN SCHOOL.
